Pricing Details:
- New patients: $200 enrollment (includes 60-minute initial visit) + $45/month
- Established patients: $45/month (down payment waived)
- Therapy add-on: $90 (50-minute visit)
- Additional follow-ups: $100 per visit
Restrictions Apply. Membership cannot be combined with insurance. Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or TRICARE are not eligible. Testing, labs, and paperwork are billed separately
