Initial Visit

Our initial 60-minute visit includes a comprehensive evaluation to identify potential diagnoses, develop a personalized treatment plan, and order labs or prescribe medication if needed. During this session, we’ll also establish a follow-up schedule to monitor your progress. 


Important: Pre-assessment documents are required 48 hours prior to all initial evaluations to ensure a thorough and informed consultation.

Follow up Visit

Our 30-minute follow-up visit focuses on reviewing your progress, addressing any concerns, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and discussing lab or medication updates. This session ensures your care evolves to meet your ongoing needs and goals.

Quick Med Check-In

Our 20-minute Quick Medication Check-In is designed for patients who are stable and do not require any medication adjustments. This brief session allows us to monitor your ongoing health, ensure medication efficacy, and address any minor concerns to keep your treatment on track.
